From the app or the website
- Sign in and open Account (the person icon in the top bar, or the Account tab on a phone).
- Scroll to "Delete my account" and tap the button.
- Type your email address to confirm, then tap "Delete everything".
Before you do, you can tap "Export my data" on the same page to download every photo, page and book as one zip file. After deletion nothing can be recovered.
What is deleted
- Your account and email address, including your sign-in record.
- Every photo you uploaded and every page and book we drew.
- Your notes, ideas and dictated text.
- Your credit balance. Unused credits are lost, so spend them first if you can.
What stays: purchase records that tax law requires us to keep for up to 7 years. They hold what was bought and when, not who you are beyond an anonymous identifier, and never your photos.
Subscriptions
Deleting the account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it in your iPhone's Settings, under your name, then Subscriptions. Do that first, or Apple will keep billing you for a service you no longer have an account with.
If you cannot sign in
Email p2st@aiplaygrounds.xyz from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm by replying to that address and then delete the account, normally within 3 working days.
