1. Who and what
Picture to Story is a service of AI Playgrounds, Australia ("we", "us"). It turns photos you upload into black-and-white coloring pages and coloring books using AI image models, on the website p2st.studio and in our apps. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You sign in with a code we email you. Keep your email account safe; anyone who can read it can sign in as you.
- One person, one account. You are responsible for everything done with yours.
- You may delete your account at any time from the Account page. See how.
3. Your photos and what you may upload
You keep every right you have in your photos. You give us only the permission we need to do the job: to store them, send them to our AI provider, draw from them, show the results to you, and delete them on the schedule in the privacy policy.
You promise that for every photo you upload:
- you own it or have permission from whoever does;
- every adult in it is fine with being drawn, and for every child you are a parent or guardian or have the parent's permission;
- it contains nothing sexual, nothing violent or cruel, and nothing meant to demean, deceive or harass anyone;
- it is not a photo of a public figure, a celebrity or a stranger used without their consent.
We may refuse or remove uploads that break these rules and may close accounts that keep trying. We do not review every photo, and we rely on your promise.
4. The drawings
The pages and books we draw for you are yours to print, colour, share with family and friends, and use for any personal purpose. You may not sell them or offer them as a product or service of your own. If you would like a commercial licence, write to us.
The drawings are made by an AI model. They are interpretations, not tracings. Likeness, details and poses can vary from the photo, and now and then a result is simply wrong. A redraw costs one credit, like any page, and we will refund credits for results that are clearly broken, such as a blank or corrupted image. Taste is not a defect.
5. Credits, plans and prices
- Every new account gets 3 free pages at standard detail.
- One credit draws one page at fine detail: a single page, or one page of a book, covers included. A redraw of a page costs one credit.
- Credit packs do not expire. The monthly plan gives 40 pages at standard detail each month; unused pages do not carry over, and the plan renews until you cancel it.
- Prices are shown in your local currency by the App Store before you buy. Taxes are added where the law requires. We may change prices for the future; a change never affects credits you already own.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are lost when the account is deleted.
Full details are on the pricing and credits page.
6. Refunds and cancellation
Purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple: you cancel a subscription in your device settings and request refunds through Apple. Where the law gives you refund rights, for example under the Australian Consumer Law or EU consumer rules, nothing here limits them. For anything else, email us; we are reasonable people.
7. Fair use
Do not try to break, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service, resell access, run it through automated scripts beyond ordinary personal use, or use it to produce content for anything unlawful. We may limit, pause or close accounts that do.
8. Our promises and their limits
We will run the service with care, keep your data as the privacy policy says, and fix problems when we learn of them. The service is provided as it is, with no guarantee it will be uninterrupted or that every drawing will please you. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you for anything arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that the law says cannot be excluded, including consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Ending things
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We can close your account if you break these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it. We can also retire the service with at least 30 days' notice, during which you can export everything you made.
10. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will post the new version here and email account holders before it takes effect. Using the service after that date means you accept the change.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. If we ever disagree, we will try to sort it out by email first. Nothing here takes away protections the law gives you in your own country.
