What do I need to start?
A photo and an email address. Sign in with the code we email you, upload a photo, choose a style and the page is drawn in about a minute. Every new account gets 3 free pages.
Which photos work best?
Clear faces, good light, and not too many people. Two to four people is the sweet spot for a page; for a book, pick two or three photos that show the same people from different angles.
Will it look like my child?
The drawing follows the photo closely: hair, glasses, the shape of a smile, the dog's ears. It is an interpretation rather than a tracing, so details can shift. If a page misses, redraw it; that costs one credit like any page.
How do I print?
Every page and book has a PDF button. Pages are sized for A4 and US Letter with a safe margin. Print on plain paper at normal quality; thicker paper is nicer for crayons and markers.
What is a credit?
One credit draws one page at fine detail: a single page, or one page of a book, covers included. Free pages and the monthly plan draw at standard detail, which is lighter on fine texture but prints just as well. Credits never expire.
How do I cancel the monthly plan?
On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Picture to Story. Cancelling keeps the plan until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases go through Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If a page came out clearly broken, such as a blank image, email us and we will put the credit back.
Where do my photos go?
To our servers and to the AI model that draws the page, and nowhere else. Originals are deleted 30 days after the page is finished. We never use them to train models or to advertise. The privacy policy has the full picture.
I did not get the sign-in code.
Check spam and promotions folders for an email from no-reply@p2st.studio. Codes last an hour; ask for a new one if needed. If nothing arrives in ten minutes, email us from the same address.
How do I delete my account?
